Shipping and Delivery
We have two delivery methods: express delivery and small packages (express delivery has priority). We also have inventory in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, and the delivery time depends on the shipping company
In the US, Canada and Mexico we generally use Amazon's FBA for fulfillment. Customers in Europe are shipped by Amazon or DHL in the UK. China, Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Southeast Asia generally use SF Express for delivery. Other regions generally use Express Mail Service (EMS) for delivery.
Under normal circumstances, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other regions will arrive in 3-7 days. For the rest of the regions, please refer to the table above.

Import tariffs
At the time of delivery, the customs duties are borne by us. However, there is no guarantee that individual countries will levy tariffs, and the additional tariffs will be borne by the consumers themselves. Return and Exchange
If you change your mind, or wish to return the product, please contact nest@esingmills.com email and we will be happy to arrange a return within 30 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for return shipping and payment will need to be refunded to the original payment method for the order. All products must be returned in their original condition with original product packaging.
Refund
If there is any problem with your product, or if we shipped the wrong item to you, please return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Tracking
If you have purchased our product, we will send you a notification email after the product is shipped. The email will contain relevant shipping information, and you can track your package through this information.
